Shipping and Installation:

• There is no shipping outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Shipping to the following regions (Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh, Qassim, Jubail, Khamis Mushait, Hail, Hofuf, Yanbu, Taif, Tabuk, Jazan, Najran, Qatif)
    • Free shipping and installation for any city above in the event that the order value is more than 500 Riyals.
    • Sports devices are installed by the FA’A store in the main areas (Riyadh – Jeddah – Khobar), while other areas are collaborated by the FA’A store with a third service provider to install and maintain from the store.
    • Shipping cost is deducted in the event of a return or replacement of heavy machinery and equipment.

Receiving the shipment from the shipping company means that the shipment was in a good condition and the box was sealed


Order Cancelation :

  • Within 24 hours:

The request can be canceled from the cancel option in my orders without any fees. In the event of electronic payment, the financial process will be reversed for a period that varies and depends on the bank the payment was made through.


  • After shipping:

The order must be canceled by opening a ticket through Contact Us page – canceling an order – the order number and customer data must be submitted, the response will be made within two working days and the delivery amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.



Refund of the amount after cancelation or return takes 5-10 business days until it’s deposited it into your account after receiving the return items.
